Building Stronger Players: 14A and 12A Teams Take on Strength and Conditioning!

At Kiama Junior Football Club, we’re always looking for ways to support our players both on and off the field. This afternoon, our 14A and 12A teams took part in an incredible session with South Coast Health Hub, focusing on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention.

Why Strength and Conditioning Matters

Football isn’t just about skill; it’s about building the physical resilience and conditioning needed to excel. This session equipped our players with:

Techniques for injury prevention: Helping them stay fit and ready for the season.

Strength-building exercises: Developing core strength for better performance on the field.

Professional insights: Gaining knowledge from experts who understand the unique needs of young athletes.

A Fantastic Initiative for All Graded Teams

The session was a huge success, and we’re excited to expand this opportunity to all our graded teams in the near future. Initiatives like this not only improve performance but also help foster a culture of health and well-being across our club.

Don’t Miss Out in 2025!

We’re planning to make this program available to all graded teams in 2025. Keep an eye out for registration details and make sure your team takes part in this game-changing initiative.

?? At KJFC, we’re dedicated to building stronger, healthier players both on and off the field. Let’s keep growing together! ??
