Practical Intro to Grading Session: Helping Our Future Stars Shine

For kids turning 12 in 2025, an exciting milestone awaits – joining Kiama Junior Football Club’s graded teams! While this is a fantastic step forward in their football journey, we understand that the idea of grading can feel a little overwhelming for some.

That’s why we’re introducing a Practical Intro to Grading Session – designed to ease nerves, answer questions, and most importantly, make it fun!

What is the Practical Intro to Grading Session?

This session is all about helping kids understand what grading is like in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether your child is turning 12 in 2025 or is new to the grading process, this is the perfect chance to:

• Experience the grading process: Kids will get a practical feel for what grading involves without the pressure of formal assessments.

• Ask questions: Parents and players can ask anything about grading to ensure clarity and confidence.

• Have fun: It’s a chance to enjoy football while connecting with coaches, teammates, and the wider club community.

Please note, this is not the official grading session and doesn’t replace the required grading attendance. It’s simply a friendly, informative way to get ready for the real thing!
